Physical gift cards are only available to pick up at our front desk. After receiving confirmation, please visit our physical location to receive your physical gift card.

If you are gifting to somebody, you could forward your purchase receipt for them to pickup.

Alley Pond Golf Center Gift Card - Terms & Conditions

1. Redemption and Use

• Where to Use: Gift cards are valid only for on location use at Alley Pond Golf Center (232-01 Northern Blvd, Douglaston, NY 11362) for Range Play, Simulator & Pro Shop Purchases. 

• Multiple Uses: Gift cards can be used more than once, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card. The gift card is not refillable.

• Checking Your Balance: You can check your gift card balance by clicking the link in your original gift card email, or by contacting us via email (info@alleypondgolf.com) or request the balance in person through our front desk during business hours.

• Currency: Gift cards are issued and redeemed in USD ($).

2. Limitations and Restrictions

• No Cash Exchanges: Gift card balances cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, checks, or credit, except where required by law.

• Non-Refillable: Gift cards are not reloadable or refillable. Once the balance is spent, the card cannot be topped up.

• Exclusions: Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Discounts, promo codes, or subscription-based products may not apply to the purchase of a gift card unless explicitly stated.

  3. Expiration and Fees

  • No Expiration: Good news. Our gift cards do not expire. Take your time finding exactly what you want.

  • No Service Fees: There are no maintenance, inactivity, or activation fees associated with our gift cards. The value you buy is the value you keep.

  4. Returns and Refunds

  • Gift Card Purchases: Gift cards themselves are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once purchased.

  • Returning Items Bought with a Gift Card: If you return an item purchased using a gift card, the refund will be credited back to the original gift card or issued as a new digital store credit. If a purchase was made using a combination of a gift card and another payment method, the gift card will be refunded first.

  5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

  • Treat Like Cash: Please safeguard your digital gift card code / Physical Gift Card. Alley Pond Golf Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

    6. Fraud and Compliance

    • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift cards and orders for suspected fraud, cards mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of our store policies.
